Of the players from the golden generation of season four, Chu Yunxiu was probably the one who received the most criticism.

This captain of Team Misty Rain was constantly accused by outsiders of having a style that wasn't aggressive enough, of being too timid.

Chu Yunxiu knew her own weaknesses, but she couldn't find a way to solve them.

It wasn't that her teammates weren't willing to support her. It was just that she was the captain, and her teammates weren't strong enough for her to rely on.

So her play gradually became more cautious. The others from the golden generation were all shining brightly, while she had to smoke just to keep herself from getting frustrated.

Then Misty Rain found a genius in the online game, and she felt her eyes open to a whole new world.

This player had real potential. They could be developed into the core of Misty Rain in the future. But...

Some secret feelings came along with that thought, new and unfamiliar emotions she'd never experienced in her twenty-five years of life.

I'm a complete beginner as an author. I decided to write this book because I love the original and the character Chu Yunxiu.

Most of my information comes from Baidu searches. Anything I couldn't find is made up, though most of it still follows the original setting. Please keep that in mind.

One addition: the original has a precedent for Xiao Song's character, Fang Shiqian of Team Tiny Herb.
