My Boss Is a Cat

Fang Jibai, an animal lover, unexpectedly lands a sales job at a pet supply company.

They say the pay is high, the benefits are great, overtime is unheard of, and best of all, you can cuddle cats on the clock.

After a week at work, Fang Jibai finds that the company really is just as wonderful as the rumors say. The atmosphere is warm, his coworkers are friendly, and the cats and dogs are affectionate.

Everything is perfect, except for his aloof, arrogant, sharp-tongued boss.

-

Lately, some strange things have been happening around the office.

The dried fish Fang Jibai leaves at his desk keep vanishing. His carefully tended catnip patch is often left trampled and flattened. He keeps running into an aloof black cat that scrounges for food but never lets anyone pet it, yet his coworkers all insist they've never seen it.

Suspecting the office is haunted, Fang Jibai nervously knocks on his boss's door to ask him to call someone to exorcise the place, only to see...

His proud, cold boss secretly snacking on dried fish in his office.

Late one night, Fang Jibai returns to the office to retrieve his forgotten phone and finds his boss crouched beneath the office building, gazing longingly at the catnip patch Fang Jibai has tended.

That mysterious black cat never seems to appear at the same time as his boss...

-

Fang Jibai firmly refuses to believe that his sharp-tongued boss could be a cute little cat, until one day...

Sharp teeth clamp onto the back of his neck, and a black cat's tail winds around his waist. The man's scorching breath brushes his ear. "This is a secret between us. Don't let a third person find out."

Aloof, arrogant, tsundere boss cat x sunny, goofy office worker
