1,
In his twenty-six years of life, Pei Yi had never imagined falling for the wife he'd married for the sake of a family alliance. He'd imagined even less that she would look at him as though he meant nothing to her.
The night before they were supposed to go to the civil affairs bureau and divorce, he leaned back in his chair, trying to look nonchalant. His throat tight, he asked the woman who would be his wife for one last night, "Do you want to think it over?"
The woman across from him had gentle features and an air of bookish elegance, but a smile of relief curved her lips. "After tonight, we'll both be free."
He was silent for a long time before answering hoarsely, "All right."
2,
Pei Yi hadn't expected his wife, who had insisted the night before that she wanted a divorce, to get into a car accident the next day.
What's more, her memories became jumbled, and she thought he was the love of her life.
His usually poised, gracious, and composed wife lay in the hospital bed, her face pale. The moment she saw him, she broke into a smile as radiant as the stars and hooked an arm around his neck, her voice sweet as honey. "Hubby."
He froze in place, his Adam's apple bobbing gently as he gave an absurd reply. "I'm here."
3,
Cheng Zhi fell in love with Pei Yi when she was sixteen.
One instant of attraction, and she stayed in love for ten whole years.
She knew Pei Yi had a first love he couldn't stop thinking about, just as she could never win Pei Yi's love, and Pei Yi could never win his first love's.
But she still schemed shamelessly, step by step, until she became Pei Yi's wife.
After three years of marriage for the sake of their families, their contract expired.
When she heard that his first love was about to return from abroad, she once again made the shameless decision to be brave one last time.
Reader's guide:
1. The heroine's perspective is a secret crush that comes true; the hero's perspective is a marriage first, love later.
2. The hero has no first love.
3. The heroine pretends to have amnesia.

The Road Stretches Far
1,
The day Qi Qi caught her boyfriend of many years cheating on her was also the day she handed in her resignation.
After half a month of unbearable heartache, she decided to change her mood and head off on a trip.
On the plane, she ran into Wu Yuan, the boy who had lived next door to her when they were children.
They hadn't seen each other for years, and he'd grown tall, long-legged, handsome, and charming, with sparkling, flirtatious eyes that drew everyone's attention.
After learning where she was headed, he smiled tenderly. "Qi Qi, how about we travel together?"
2,
Middle schooler Wu Yin had lost her allowance because her older brother had failed at a blind date and she'd been dragged into the mess. "Wu Yuan, you may not have money, but you've got a face. Can't you just pick some girlfriend off the street to humor Mom?"
The person opposite her looked utterly casual, with an annoyingly smug expression. "I can't do it. But you can."
Wu Yin's eyes blazed. "Fine, I can!"
Wu Yuan lounged back and casually pointed. "That one. Go get her to be my girlfriend."
Wu Yin turned to look. A beautiful older girl with shoulder-length curls was apparently on a blind date.
She steeled herself and went over, smiling sweetly. "Sister-in-law, my brother's waiting for you over there!"
She never expected that the girl really would become her sister-in-law later on.
3,
Married life wasn't what Qi Qi had expected. Wu Yuan had promised her they'd register their marriage and simply share a quiet life together, but he was like a mad dog, never getting enough.
When they ran into her ex-boyfriend, he pulled her into his arms and deliberately brushed his lips against hers in a taunting kiss.
In a courteous tone, he said, "Mr. Zeng, do you have a habit of staring at other people's wives?"
Later, she heard that her ex-boyfriend's dream of marrying into a rich family had fallen through, and his company had gone bankrupt.
Qi Qi couldn't help feeling something was off. "Did you do something?"
Wu Yuan narrowed his eyes, looking both affectionate and dangerous. "Are you still thinking about him?"
"And you think I'd stoop so low?"
Qi Qi fell silent.
Much later, while sorting through old things at her childhood home, she stumbled upon a secret. Through all the years she hadn't known, someone had loved her for a very long time.
[Though the road stretches far, in the end I'll hold you in my arms.]
Theme: Face life with passion and cherish the present
I still can't hold it back. Is this the end of the female supporting cast? Just ended hastily? Not to mention that she went to the heroine and explained everything, she just wanted revenge. Leaving aside high school for the moment, your sweetheart is married, wearing eight-centimeter high heels, holding someone else's hand and making love? It's really outrageous. I read this book as a sweet novel, and when I saw the chapter at the end of the text, I suddenly felt like I had been traumatized, and I was really sick. Even if it was just about high school love and unwillingness, it wouldn't be so disgusting.
Why do I feel that this book is weird? When the male protagonist and the female counterpart are together, I feel that the male protagonist has no sense of propriety at all. The female protagonist also follows the male protagonist's arrogant explanation and turns the page??? This ending was hit again. The male protagonist didn't make me feel true love for the female protagonist.
Why do I still feel that this intestinal lady makes me feel a little uncomfortable???
The male protagonist is a bit speechless
No, this Chang is too in love. He has given so much and has just moved me. Shen is really speechless. If you like someone else, why would you use someone who likes you as a spare tire? However, from the fact that Shen knew that Zhizhi was still sabotaging her for his own selfish desires after getting married, it can be seen that his morals are not high at all.
I want to see the extra episode where they confess to each other!
Want to see the campus if line, Pei Yi makes up for Zhizhi's regrets
Extras Collection Office: If there are extras you want to see, little angels can speak freely~
I really felt uncomfortable after reading it... I felt like I had eaten a fly at the end of the story. The female protagonist was so mean to the male protagonist and she had no sense of propriety. In the end, she didn't explain anything to the female protagonist. It would be better for the female protagonist to be with the second male protagonist and find someone who plots against her just to be with her. It's better than being unclear about the scandal partner after marriage.
The male protagonist is really disgusting. He has a pure friendship with his female classmates. The female protagonist can't associate with his male counterpart. What the hell?
