The State of Qi is a remarkable place. Its people have two forms: human and animal.
The women of Qi are mostly fearsome beasts such as tigers, lions, leopards, and elephants, while the men are mostly gentle little animals.
And Qi has another remarkable presence: Yu Suxi.
Among all the little birds, rabbits, chicks, squirrels, and butterflies, Yu Suxi is the only one known as the "Little Azure Dragon": a Mangshan pit viper. She stands head and shoulders above the rest, becoming someone the men of Qi are afraid to provoke and the women are afraid to marry.
With her son nearing twenty, Yu Suxi's mother couldn't stand to watch any longer. She swallowed her pride, went to court with tribute, and begged for an imperial decree: a marriage decree.
Chu Xiangzhu was sitting at home when an imperial decree came down from the heavens. Overnight, she became the only rabbit in Qi who had to marry a venomous snake. This is... this is absolutely ridiculous!!!
