One week later

Having come to terms with reality, Jino was back on a plane, preparing to return to Japan.

He glanced at the baby-faced detective in a brown cap and little cape sitting beside him, then let out a long, quiet sigh.

"I really am an idiot. I knew to avoid the dangers of the jujutsu world by hiding overseas, but I never thought this might be a crossover universe."

The boy silently covered his face, close to tears.

A new transfer student joined the first-year class at Tokyo Jujutsu High.

The boy whispered like a devil: "He died."

P.S. This is my first time trying to write derivative fiction, so please be kind, please be kind, please be kind. (Important things should be said three times.)

There are original elements, the timeline has been changed, and characters may be out of character.

○ A friendly reminder 1: After the protagonist goes abroad, the story moves into a suspense drama, and the tone changes abruptly. Enter with care. (After he returns home, it goes back to the jujutsu setting.)

○ A friendly reminder 2: The author rarely watches suspense and detective films or reads suspense novels, and knows nothing about the relevant professional knowledge. The cases may have many gaps, so please be understanding.

○ A friendly reminder 3: The author isn't very bright. Thinking up cases has left me bald and bleary-eyed, and I keep rewriting them while drafting, so updates won't follow a fixed schedule. I recommend letting chapters pile up before reading.

○ A friendly reminder 4: Guided by the values of "patriotism, dedication, integrity, and friendship," this story may not be very friendly to Geto loyalists. Enter with caution.
