Blurb:
Dimaru was reborn, back to the moment he had just hatched.
A strange thing kept rambling in Dimaru's mind, but he had no interest in paying attention to it.
"Do you know Kibutsuji Muzan, the biggest boss in this world? He's a level 99 boss. Bind yourself to the Power-Up System, and it'll make you stronger."
At the mention of Muzan, Dimaru decided to hear the thing out.
The guy claiming to be a System brought up a panel for Dimaru to see. "You're level 0 right now. It only takes 10 experience points to reach level 1, and just 990 to get to level 99. You get 3 points for killing a single mouse. Kill only 334 mice, and you'll be able to smack Muzan to death with your tail!"
Dimaru wagged his tail excitedly. I'm in! I'll do it!
The System, which was tricking an ignorant little snake, secretly wiped away sweat that wasn't there. It wasn't going to mention that after each level-up, the experience needed for the next level doubled.
The Hashira Meeting
The Hashira put Tanjiro on trial for breaking the rules by protecting a demon.
Flame Hashira: "No need for a trial. Just behead him along with the demon!"
Sound Hashira: "Let me stylishly chop off their heads!"
Serpent Hashira: "Let's discuss this first... Dimaru, what are you doing?"
Dimaru tapped Tanjiro with his tail. Nothing much, just saying hello to his future master.
Theme: If even a snake can work this hard, what excuse do you have for not trying?
