As everyone knows, you shouldn't mess around with voice actor references.
Junichi Suwabe voiced both Kyogai, the Drum Demon in Demon Slayer, and Sukuna, the so-called blueberry yogurt in Jujutsu Kaisen.
At first glance, there doesn't seem to be much in common between them. They're like two parallel lines: one is a lowly good-for-nothing who gets cast aside, and the other is the strongest King of Curses.
In a parallel world, there was a Kyogai who was so useless that after turning into a demon, the smell of humans made him throw up, and rare blood could kill him on the spot.
But thanks to his powerful desire to be admired by others, he awakened his Blood Demon Art. Muzan, who found him astonishing, made him Lower Rank Six, but after observing him for a while, he promptly fired him.
He was fired in the literal sense, not fired off to the afterlife!
Even so, it hit Kyogai hard. One day, as he sat alone writing a book, a voice full of delight appeared in his mind.
"Hee hee, do you want people to read your work?"
"This humble one... of course I do!"
"Then go! Go become the King of Curses who refuses to be defined!"
"?"
The next second, he appeared in front of a white-haired guy with a mop-top, his drums hanging off him, and somehow he was much shorter than before.
Still bewildered, he heard the white-haired man across from him speak in an incredibly obnoxious voice, radiating murderous intent.
"Why does this Sukuna look just like those old conservatives I gave strokes to?"
Startled, Kyogai struck the drum on his stomach. Three slashes sent the white-haired man flying, and he didn't get back up for a long while.
The spiky-haired boy beside him was stunned.
"Mister who suddenly built a study inside my body, you're so strong!"
Kyogai: "What are you talking about? I'm a good-for-nothing. I'm weak."
Theme: Study hard and work diligently.
