This is a brainless wish-fulfillment story, so it won't explore anything too profound (mostly because the author isn't clever enough to write that kind of thing). At its heart, this is a story about someone with cheat abilities. The cheat is unbelievably huge. Here's an early spoiler: it's an enormous golden finger capable of changing the original worldbuilding, and things get very wild later.
