I Went on a Killing Spree After Piloting a Mecha on Livestream [Interstellar]

[Synopsis] After perishing alongside the insect queen, Yan Zhaoxue opens her eyes again and finds herself in the body of a little girl on a desolate planet, with the same name and no parents. The good news is that the brutal war against the insect race has ended, and peace has been restored between the Federation and the Empire. The bad news is that someone wants her dead. After thinking it over for two seconds, Yan Zhaoxue packs her things and enters the entrance trials for the Universal Military Academy, ready to return to her old trade: piloting mecha. Founded centuries ago by the Federation and the Empire, the Universal Military Academy trains soldiers for the United Army, preparing them to repel insect invasions. As a result, the academy's entrance trials have always drawn attention from all sides. Those who stand out are destined to become pillars of the United Army, earning countless accolades and rewards from the academy. This year, the academy is offering an especially lavish prize: the chance to bond with "Flowing Feathers," the only SSS-class mecha left behind by the late commander-in-chief of the United Army. Yan Zhaoxue: ? Yan Zhaoxue: Don't you have your own mecha? .jpg At first, when the small, skinny girl appeared at the trials, nobody paid her any attention. But by the end, she had left everyone in the dust, crushing the competition in both solo combat and teamwork. Her fellow entrants went through several stages: "This is an easy pushover," "Holy crap, where did this powerhouse come from?" and "Please, we beg you, take it easy on us." They thought they couldn't be surprised anymore. But no one expected that when the insect race invaded, the long-dormant "Flowing Feathers" would awaken once more. And the one piloting it was still the undisputed Mecha Queen. [Tips] √ A Xue is the strongest. The male lead isn't important; he's just there to play support. √ The worldbuilding is entirely my own, and everything serves the plot. Don't ask why there's still a Federation and an Empire in the interstellar era. I don't know what a more advanced society would look like either. If I did, I wouldn't be here; I'd be in a textbook (just kidding). √ More to come. Theme: Why shouldn't a woman take up arms and reclaim the fifty provinces?
