[Western Crossover] My Teammates Are Kind of Unhinged

Doris is a fan of virtual reality games. She loves PvE, and the most important thing she does every day is run dungeons.

Unfortunately, reliable teammates are hard to find. With a lousy group, one boss fight can drag on all night. At her wit's end, she decides to overcome her social anxiety and recruit teammates.

[Five-player dungeon "Ancient Dragon's Breath." Looking for players with a combat rating of 100,000 or higher. Healer already in party, need tank and DPS. 1/5]

["Iron Man" has applied to join the party]

["Batman" has applied to join the party]

["Captain America" has applied to join the party]

["Superman" has applied to join the party]

["Black Widow" has applied to join the party]

[Iron Man: Sweetheart, let me in! My combat rating is 120,000. I can deal damage and tank, and I'm fast, too!]

[Batman: Don't listen to that tin can. Without his gear, his combat rating is under 20,000! Let me in. My unarmored combat rating is 100,000, and I bring Superman, who's at 150,000!]

[Iron Man: Hilarious. You know perfectly well why Superman's combat rating is only 150,000, right? He has zero magic resistance and gets confused easily, so he's number one at attacking his teammates! As if I'm the only one with a team. Let me in. I'll bring my regular raid group, the Avengers. We've got a tank and DPS, so all we need is a healer!]

Watching them fight over a spot in the party, Doris falls into thought.

Why does it feel like the teammates I've recruited aren't quite normal either?

Theme: Never give up when facing adversity.
