After I Became the Useless Legitimate Daughter

For generations, the Mingde Marquis household has been loyal and virtuous, and its women have often married into the imperial family. People call it an assembly line for producing empresses. But in this generation, the family’s only legitimate daughter has turned out to be a problem.

She is neither virtuous nor well-mannered. She prefers to stay home, is hopeless at needlework and embroidery, knows nothing of the Four Books, and has no interest in social connections. Even her looks only rank somewhere in the middle among the noble young ladies. She would have to queue for days just to be called a pretty face with no substance.

How is she supposed to become empress like this?

So, after three days of discussions among relatives and elders, the marquis’s household welcomed a tutor, determined to turn this rebellious girl into a fit empress.

Xie Yunqi, who had been abruptly handed an empress-training plan: ?? I haven't even finished drawing my catapult design!

[Reading and Content Warnings]

1. The female lead was born into this world from the womb and is a modern engineer. The male lead is a tutor with a hidden identity.

2. Set in an alternate world, with a lighthearted style (probably).

3. The title was chosen at random, and this is an early draft of the blurb. I'll work on it more when I start posting.
