Who am I?
This seems like a foolish question, but there is no answer to it.
Am I Chang Jia? Yes, I am Chang Jia. Why am I Chang Jia? Because my father is surnamed Chang. But why is "I" Chang Jia, rather than someone else? Why did my parents give birth to me and name me Chang Jia, instead of having another child and giving them this name?
The first time I tried reading a philosophy book, I didn't understand it. Or perhaps I knew philosophy was boring, so I didn't read it carefully. But when I opened that yellowed book again, it seemed that my understanding of philosophy had changed in some unexpected way.
