Power Plant 1930

In 1931, Xue Linguang joined a power plant and became a power plant worker. That year, she joked with her friends, "See that light? A little of my sweat is in there."

In 1949, in her eighteenth year at the power plant, she saw the light for the first time.

This is a story about ordinary people enduring the war and, in the end, protecting the power plant to welcome a new era.
