[Revision in progress. I'll come back to this after finishing Raising the Villain. Please add it to your favorites, everyone!]
[Powerful heroine + male rivals]
In the original story, even after the heroine is hurt until she's covered in wounds by the male lead, she still ends up with the scumbag in a happily-ever-after. But this time will be different, because the male supporting characters will take the opportunity to step in.
World One: The merchant's daughter whom everyone looks down on
Qingdai's husband is just outside the door, while the military-officer supporting character gently bites her ear. "Is your frail husband really any match for me?"
The original male lead watches Qingdai marry into a more powerful family and regrets everything.
World Two: The songbird kept through coercion
The fox-demon supporting character kisses Qingdai's cheek. His nine tails unfurl and wrap tightly around her. "I'll help you escape this cage. Don't love him. Love me, okay?"
The original male lead falls from his lofty position and loses all his power.
World Three: The senior sister tormented in body and soul
Their clothes lie scattered, but the original male lead's voice comes from outside the door. The strongest fighter among the supporting characters covers Qingdai's eyes. "Don't look at him. Look at me."
The original male lead can't overcome his inner demons, and all his cultivation is lost.
[Note]
1. Due to certain plot details, the heroine will sleep with the original male lead in World Three. Please skip this if that bothers you.
2. All the men involved with the heroine are virgins, but the heroine isn't.
3. This isn't the kind of power fantasy where the heroine kills everyone. The original heroine and original male lead truly loved each other. The male lead does knowingly pursue a woman in a relationship, but he and the heroine only get together after she breaks up with the original male lead.
Theme: Everyone can find the person who suits them best
