How to Become the Leader of a Secret Cult

The bonus chapters are in This Is a Cult DLC in my profile, and they're all free! The first part is the revised manuscript, and the rest is bonus content. Feel free to pick what interests you! (Though the main bonus chapters aren't finished yet, and updates are slow.) What do you need to establish a cult? People. What if you don't have any? Recruit them. One person can't make an army. Since those already at the top wouldn't be interested in a new, impoverished cult, start by pulling its stars out of the mire. Emmett Ka has a bug that means he doesn't need to sleep. He works hard during the day and nurses babies at night... No, not babies, followers. He can eat less, but he has to raise his followers well. Years later, people are astonished to discover that the world-famous, stunning dancer, the scientific genius, the business prodigy, the royal ruler... all belong to the same cult. Emmett: Thanks for asking. I'm just an ordinary, power-gaming collector who likes raising cards. I beseech the flowing light of the Twelve Realms to fall upon the compass, and invite the radiance of the Star Seer. Let me breathe with you, let me be flayed with you, let me flourish with you, let me be carved with you, let me be broken with you, let me move with your spirit. Please extinguish the firelight in my eyes. Please shine your radiance into my eyes. The Star Seer's Canon, Chapter of Breath Reader's Guide: 1. Key characters have unrequited feelings for the protagonist. The protagonist raises cards and children, but the story has a protagonist gong who is the one. 2. It has an eerie, uncanny atmosphere, and characters may behave strangely due to dangerously low SAN levels. 3. There may be disturbing descriptions. If you feel uncomfortable, please stop reading. 4. Includes elements from Cultist Simulator and similar works. Completed works: A real-person Call of Cthulhu tabletop role-playing story: How to Escape the Hands of an Evil God Theme: Hard work pays off.
