A fanfiction of The Grave Robbers' Chronicles, featuring an original character
This story has a slight Zhang Qiling and Wu Xie pairing, but the protagonist has no romantic pairing.
The protagonist may be a little overpowered, but nobody gets bashed.
The protagonist acts like a badass, but is actually a goofball.
People can indulge in fantasies, but characters must stay in character.
[Inner Monologue] Blurb 1:
I transmigrated into The Grave Robbers' Chronicles with an immortality contract. What do I do?! [Urgent, waiting online!]
Zhang Yan has no idea how she, a volunteer, ended up going from the training lab into the classic novel her classical Chinese teacher had been discussing!
And of all things, she's in a high-risk tomb-raiding profession. As a kid who never paid attention in class, Zhang Yan glances at the little Zhang Qiling beside her and starts to panic.
Staring at the ground crawling with corpse beetles, Zhang Yan bursts into tears. "I was wrong! I shouldn't have zoned out in class!"
[Omniscient View] Blurb 2:
Zhang Yan, volunteer number 17,413 in the immortality contract experiment, successfully traveled from the year 2308 to 1999 after the experiment succeeded.
She then met Wu Xie, the author of the classic discussed in her classical Chinese class, The Grave Robbers' Chronicles, and went on an adventure with his companions. (Not really.)
The protagonist seems like a cool, aloof big shot, but is actually a snarky, devious little brat. (Yep, he's younger than Wu Xie in actual age.)
As for why he's a tiger cub (because he's fierce), and why he has a tiger descending the mountain tattoo on his back (it's a contract seal), don't worry. They can't tell anyway. A big shot needs to be strong. Zhang Yan is physically transmigrated, and no matter how useless she is, her combat aptitude is still A-rank, and her mecha combat rating is A-rank too. Plus, she has a contract that's pretty unreliable (scratch that), too!
This story will be updated whenever the author gets a chance to use a computer.

Oh my god, it's 2022 and there are new articles. Who knows how many times I've re-read the old pitfalls?
