Y-You're Pretending to Be Straight!

Maybe the CP fans had brainwashed him, because Jiang Suining began to feel like something was off.

Lian Mingxian glanced at him.

Jiang Suining: He really does seem to be flirting with me.

Lian Mingxian said something to him.

Jiang Suining: He goes to all that trouble just to talk to me. He loves me so much.

Lian Mingxian accidentally touched his hand.

Jiang Suining: Damn, he's getting bolder, but I'm straight!

At first:

What if he confesses to me?

Of course I'll reject him without hesitation. I'm straight, after all.

Later:

Jiang Suining: I'll agree to that, but let's just try it out. I'm straight, after all.

Lian Mingxian: Try what?

Jiang Suining: Dating. I know you've liked me for a long time, so I'll give you a chance.

Lian Mingxian (silently): But I'm straight too, Teacher Xiao Jiang.

Jiang Suining: ...Y-you... what are you pretending to be straight for?

*Jiang Suining's affection was always so direct and passionate. But he only dared to watch from the shadows, letting it grow in the dark, too afraid to admit it.
