A Little Octopus's Island Life

Ye Xiaorui woke up one day and realized she had turned into a little pink octopus! Cute as a button, clinging to a reef, and about to die of thirst. A sharp rock had cut a wound into her body. Wrapped around her tentacle was a group of even tinier blue octopuses, each about the size of a thumb. They were trying their best to spray water on her to keep the sun from drying her out. Ye Xiaorui, covered in spit: "..." "Mama! Mama!" Ye Xiaorui: "..." She recalled that most of their species were black. Since she was an unusual pink one, she'd been abandoned and had survived only through sheer luck. The three little blue octopuses were also unusual and had been abandoned too, so she couldn't bear to leave them behind and brought them home to raise. "Mama!" Thinking they were doing something right, the little octopuses spat water even more enthusiastically. Ye Xiaorui tried to hold back, but couldn't. "... Try spitting on me one more time, and see what happens?!" Try it, and you'll die! Guiding principle: No matter how difficult your circumstances, keep working hard and never give up.
