Love at First Sight with Officer Hagiwara

At the scene of an explosion, Toyama Mari fell in love at first sight with a police officer.

The place was wrong, the timing was wrong. From a scientific perspective, it might just be the flutter of the heart brought on by the suspension bridge effect, but she still wanted to pursue him!

Officer Hagiwara was handsome and gentle, and he spoke so sweetly. Most importantly, he really did save her life!

After hitting a few walls in a row, Toyama Mari decided to give up. Officer Hagiwara was warm and considerate to everyone but cold and distant toward her. Nobody could handle that kind of contrast.

But her love guru, some guy named Nitsutani, insisted, "Trust me, he absolutely likes you!"

"You don't even know him. How can you be so sure?"

"He only tries to keep up appearances around you because he likes you. What you call coldness is just nervousness and uncertainty."

Fine. After hearing the expert's advice, she's now got the motivation to pursue true love again!!!

Officer Hagiwara had recently run into a tricky problem.

A girl he had once saved had developed a psychological dependence on him. To help her get her life back on track and avoid unnecessary trouble, Officer Hagiwara had deliberately kept his distance.

But could someone tell him why Miss Toyama was acting more and more enthusiastic? If this kept up, his police badge might melt like butter!
