Yun Kui was a sunflower. She had spent a thousand years cultivating beneath the sun and was finally about to ascend to immortality, but she didn’t survive the lightning tribulation. Instead, she transmigrated into a book, courtesy of a freak accident.
In the book, Yun Kui is the daughter of a powerful villain and a vicious supporting female character. After she goes missing by accident, the villain turns evil and the supporting female character goes mad. In the end, the protagonists take them down, and both jump into the sea.
System: “Boohoo, isn’t that tragic? So we have to save the villain and the supporting female character. Let’s go!”
Yun Kui: “Boohoo, why is the protagonist eating sunflower seeds? Save the sunflower seeds! Let’s go!”
System: “???”
With the System’s guidance, Yun Kui sets out to save the villain and the supporting female character.
The villain is gloomy, so Yun Kui warms him with her smile. The supporting female character is mad, so Yun Kui soothes her with cuddles.
As a result, the once-bankrupt villain becomes the richest man in the country, while the once-washed-up supporting female character becomes a top-tier star in the entertainment industry, all to give Yun Kui the very best. And Yun Kui is spoiled like a little princess.
However, because their daughter went missing, the villain and the supporting female character blame each other and refuse to meet. Yun Kui has to rush back and forth between them every day, keeping incredibly busy.
Finally, one day, utterly exhausted, Yun Kui bursts out: “I can’t live like this anymore!”
The villain and the supporting female character: “We only get half the day to cuddle with Little Sunflower. We can’t live like this anymore!”
And then the villain and the supporting female character make up.
Later, the villain and the supporting female character learn that their Little Sunflower is the daughter who went missing, and they weep with joy.
