[Western Crossover] The Mastermind Is Drinking Coffee

(Writing a synopsis is so hard: I'd call this "I Have No Idea What the Heck I'm Writing.")

Semi-behind-the-scenes. The protagonist will appear sometimes, but most of the action is carried out by secret identity avatars.

The secret identities take the form of personified cities and all kinds of strange monsters or people.

The protagonist's two sides will often be at odds, and ordinary civilians may die while superheroes suffer serious injuries.

The protagonist dislikes themself, so there will be scenes where they sabotage their own plans.

There will be OOC characterization, so please be careful when deciding whether to read.

(If anything is written incorrectly, please tell me. If a character is unlikable, just say so and I'll make changes. Don't insult the character.)

Theme: Just have fun
