How Could I, the Emperor, Possibly Be Carrying the Empress's Baby? [Gender Bender]

Female Alpha, male Omega | Both spouses transmigrate | Omega gets pregnant - Bai Su is an Alpha and the heir to the business empire of the Bai family. She enters a political marriage with the youngest Omega son of the Duan family. Right after their wedding night, she transmigrates into an ancient, non-ABO world, where she must enter the palace as empress in place of her legitimate younger sister. She enters the palace and the emperor's bedchamber... Looking up, she sees a handsome young emperor with bright eyes and pearly teeth, his features reflected in the glow of red candles. Only then does she realize: Isn't this the Omega wife I married just yesterday? But... why does she seem not to recognize me? Has someone taken her place, or has she lost her memory? Bai Su falls into thought... #My wife doesn't remember I'm her husband. She scolds me, but can't stop her instincts from cuddling up to me# #How do I tell my emperor wife she's pregnant? The baby's mine...# By the way: We haven't slept together since we transmigrated here. One more thing: I'm still a woman :) Will she blow her top...? Probably... right? Hmm... I kind of want to see that. - * * Duan Changchuan is the emperor of Datong, but he is a thoroughly powerless ruler. The regent refuses to return power to him, and the chancellor is watching him like a hawk. Even his empress is an unloved concubine-born daughter of the chancellor's family. She's empress in name only. Who knows what she's really here for? This is simply too much! And yet... I clearly sent her to sleep on the side couch. Why did I wake up on it the next morning, too? I was in my own bedchamber before going to sleep. Why did I wake up in the empress's bed in the middle of the night? I only wanted to take a walk. Why did I end up at the entrance to the empress's palace? I even dreamed she pinned me down and kissed me! At last, one day, the young emperor, sporting enormous dark circles, sat down in the Bureau of Astronomy and slowly said, "I think the chancellor and the regent have put a spell on me..." - Content note: There is no specific historical setting.
