[Yuzuru Hanyu] We Met in Sochi

Yuzuru Hanyu, who loves Pooh, had noticed that girl ever since last year's World Junior Championships. Her free skate music had been "Winnie and Pooh," from the Winnie-the-Pooh movie.

At the cafeteria during the Sochi Winter Olympics, he saw a little Pooh charm hanging from her bag. It was a design he'd never seen before.

"Excuse me, where did you buy your charm?" he asked in his halting English.

She replied in Japanese that sounded very fluent,

"I don't know, but I have two. You can have this one."

In return, he introduced her to her idol, Mao Asada.

Oh, so she'd learned Japanese just to follow her idol.

In the middle of 2013, a rising women's singles figure skater widely favored by the public, the 2013 World Junior Champion, disappeared.

At the end of that year, a Chinese athlete named Shen Lin burst onto the scene, winning gold at the Japanese Figure Skating Grand Prix Final.

It wasn't until after the Sochi Winter Olympics, when she ran toward figure skating godmother T Tai and former Olympic champion Alexei Yagudin, that everything began to make sense.

"I'm Shen Lin, but I'm also Agata."

I want to write a story about a young Mr. Pooh and a girl who loves Pooh. The female lead will probably be the fox type.

The female lead is of mixed Chinese and Russian heritage, with an Asian appearance, which will be described in the story.

Theme: Youth is about striving! Idols are meant to be surpassed!
