[Unrestrained, Unhinged Beauty x Immortal Venerable]
Demon Venerable Wu Ruyan was blessed with a face of peerless beauty, but had been sickly since childhood, with a gloomy and obsessive disposition.
The previous Demon Venerable had heard some bizarre remedy somewhere: a strange illness could only be cured by raising the patient in women's clothing.
And so the Demon Realm gained a moody young lady.
Once, Wu Ruyan sneaked into the cultivation world to gather information and met a blind cultivator who had spent all his wealth saving others.
Wu Ruyan sneered inwardly, then turned around and saved him with feigned kindness.
Just as the two were supposedly (one-sidedly) falling for each other, and Wu Ruyan was about to infiltrate the righteous sects, he would then be able to steal their secrets and fake his death to make a clean getaway.
Unexpected complications arose along the way, and the two accidentally spent a night together.

On the day the cultivation world and the Demon Realm went to war, Wu Ruyan seized the opportunity to fake his death and return to the Demon Realm,
only to discover that the Immortal Venerable standing at the front of the cultivation world's sects, dressed in white with a sword on his back and an air of cool detachment, was none other than his penniless, blind Daoist partner.
After Wu Ruyan's death, the gong searched all three realms for his remnant soul.
Until the day of the war between immortals and demons, when he discovered that the woman at the very front of the Demon Realm, heavily pregnant yet still breathtakingly beautiful, was none other than his sickly, short-lived Daoist partner.
“...Your parents died, and you sold yourself to bury your father?”
Wu Ruyan shot back, “Born blind, with a low level of cultivation?”
The gong: “...”

[Reading Guide]
1. Unrestrained, unhinged beauty x Immortal Venerable gong. A mutual case of being unwell.
2. A sweet, indulgent, melodramatic old-school story, with lots and lots of melodrama: cross-dressing, faking death, secret identities, and so on =w=.
3. The blurb may still be revised, but the premise won't change much.
4. Just a ridiculous, unwell story that wants to try something new~
5. No childbearing; there's more to it (I might remove this part, too).
[One More P.S.]
I quietly broke a little when I saw someone listing warnings for this book. Is it possible the enemies-to-lovers tag is just a joke, the kind of playful bickering between a couple, and not actual love-hate? TvT
By melodrama, I mean secret identities, cross-dressing, and shameless, indulgent, lowbrow antics, not tragic, bitter romance (I don't write tragic, bitter romance). Our baby will always be everyone's favorite, okay? The male lead is absolutely in love with him.
Faking his death doesn't mean our baby was abused. He just got bored, ditched the guy, and ran off. (I wanted a taste of a scummy little baby, with a gong who loves him desperately, and bittersweet, gut-wrenching angst over a “dead” white moonlight.)
This is a sweet, indulgent melodrama. Sweet, indulgent, sweet, indulgent, sweet, indulgent: that's the key point. Of course our baby gets to enjoy himself :D (It's a story about our baby going wild and doing whatever he wants.)
The theme has always been: The world may be a little messed up, but someone will always go crazy right alongside you.
The tags have always been: lighthearted, silly, sweet, and indulgent.
(Slips away quietly for a second.)
