Ruan Qi was transported into a reverse-harem novel where everyone falls for the heroine, becoming the same-named sickly, universally despised cannon-fodder character.
This sickly character often does perverted things to the protagonists. In the end, everyone loathes him, and he dies of illness by the roadside.
The worst part is that the System makes him inherit the original character's perversions.

Ruan Qi's eyes turn red at the corners. His hands trembling, he slips his photo into Stock Pick No. 1's hand.
"Don't hit me. I'm scared of pain."
[Task 2]
Steal an item of Shen Wang's clothing, wear it for one night, then put it back where it was.
Reward: five extra days of life.
Ruan Qi racks his brains and finally manages to steal Shen Wang's clothes, only to be caught red-handed by Stock Pick No. 2. He hastily hides the clothes he'd worked so hard to steal and replaces them with his own.
His face is bright red. His damp, watery eyes flicker nervously, afraid he'll be found out.
"I... I want to give this to you."
[Task 3] Secretly kiss Shen Wang. Reward: 30 extra days of life.
Ruan Qi finally works up the courage to find an opportunity to steal a kiss. He holds his breath and leans down,
only to be spotted by Stock Picks No. 1 and 2.
He is just about to explain when Shen Wang wraps an arm tightly around his waist, his eyes full of fury and possessiveness.
"Tell me, what else are you going to give them?"
Just then, the System's voice sounds in Ruan Qi's ear.
[Task 4] Sleep with Shen Wang.
1. A silly, beautiful, timid bottom x a deceptively sweet top.
2. Everyone has a one-sided crush on the bottom, who has no idea he's universally adored.
3. The bottom is very stupid, with a remarkably strange way of thinking.
