Tsunayoshi of Rikkai

A sudden idea: What if Tsunayoshi and Kirihara were in the same year? They meet the King when Tsunayoshi visits Kanagawa as a child, then keep in touch. What would happen if the Rikkai seniors raised him like they raised the little seaweed?

I feel like they'd get along really well. Tsunayoshi was timid and weak as a child and got bullied, but he was kind at heart. He'd be perfect for the Rikkai seniors to protect. At the same time, Rikkai's spirit would surely push him to hone his will and abilities until he became truly strong.

Then, when he enters the Reborn! storyline in his second year of middle school, the seniors with their extraordinary potential for playing murderous tennis would definitely catch Reborn's eye. Most likely, the whole team would get dragged into the Vongola, and Reborn would surely become the tennis club coach, training all of Rikkai even harder using Vongola methods. There'd be no need to worry about the King's illness or Rikkai's quest to win the Kanto and national championships back-to-back.
