City personification BL, bring your own lightning rod~

Character introductions:

Little Wu: Full name Wuhan. Less than 1.7 meters tall, the national average. He has a head of messy short hair and often wears a tank top and shorts in summer, while in winter he bundles up like a dumpling. He can be irritable sometimes, and sometimes zones out. His reactions are always slow.

Imperial Capital: Full name Beijing. Around 1.8 meters tall, by his own claim. Quite masculine, he likes wearing suits and Tang-style clothing, speaks four foreign languages, and enjoys messing up Little Wu's hair. He really hates having his name constantly mentioned alongside roast duck.
