A thirty-year-old male PE teacher and a fourteen-year-old girl who loves table tennis
Qi Jingshuo is a PE teacher at a middle school, mainly teaching students how to play table tennis. Ye Yao is a middle school girl who has loved table tennis since she was little.
On the first PE lesson of her second year of middle school, a new teacher arrives: Qi Jingshuo. From then on, Qi Jingshuo teaches Ye Yao table tennis.
As time passes, Ye Yao comes to love not only table tennis but also the teacher who taught her how to play.
When Ye Yao finally works up the courage to confess to Qi Jingshuo, all she gets in reply is: "You're too young, and I'm your teacher. There's no way we could be together."
After that, Ye Yao isn't as fond of Qi Jingshuo as she used to be. Her cheerful "Good morning, Teacher Qi!" turns into an emotionless walk past him.
At first, Qi Jingshuo doesn't think anything of it. But as time goes by, he starts to feel a little upset.
One day after school, he stops Ye Yao. "Didn't you say you liked me? What's changed? Hmm?" Cornered by the entrance, Ye Yao says, "From the day you rejected me, I stopped intending to like you."
"What did you say? I'll make you fall for me again."
And so Teacher Qi begins his quest to win her back.
