Olvia is the partner of Shanks, the Red-Haired, one of the Four Emperors.

You might not believe it, but they’re actually the same person.

Yarsanda’s turn

The Holy Knight Pirates and the Red Hair Pirates happen to meet on an island in the New World.

The two “Four Emperors” face each other, with the officers of their respective pirate crews behind them.

The two sides face off, the atmosphere tense.

“It’s been years since we last met, during the coup in the Kingdom of Kasakana. You’ve become even more imposing, Holy Knight Yarsanda!”

“...You’re no slouch yourself, Red-Haired Shanks.”

The ordinary crew members watching nearby struggle to swallow under the pressure of their imposing auras.

But the next second, the Red-Haired captain narrows his eyes and gives his trademark smile. “Since fate brought us together, let’s have a banquet! Get it started, boys!”

“Yeah!!”

The Red Hair Pirates’ officers already have a jug of booze apiece at the ready. Yarsanda still tries to resist. “We still have...”

“Whatever it is can wait until after we drink! We just got our hands on a batch of incredible liquor. You really won’t try any?” Before he can finish, Shanks throws an arm around the armored man, who is a head shorter than him.

Under the liquor’s spell, Yarsanda sits down of his own accord. The Holy Knight Pirates and the Red Hair Pirates sit together, drinking cup after cup with great enthusiasm.

After several rounds, the tipsy Red-Haired Shanks pulls a photograph from his coat and holds it in front of Yarsanda. It shows a woman with thick black hair and fair skin.

“Brother, let me introduce you. This is my wife. You know, it’s such a coincidence, she’s really a lot like you in personality...”

Yarsanda grips his cup and lets Shanks ramble on beside him about how wonderful his wife is. He feels nothing, and is even a little sleepy.

What a coincidence. She is me.

Olvia’s turn

The news-carrying seagulls do their duty once again, delivering earth-shattering news to the whole world.

Olvia unfolds today’s newspaper. The headline is about the little captain of a pirate crew who, while on leave, somehow ended up becoming the ruler of a country. The Marines’ conspiracy theory about being held responsible has made the papers too.

Shanks happens to come over just then and sees the photograph of the little captain covering half the open newspaper.

“Ol, this is my brother, Yarsanda. If we ever get the chance, I’ve got to introduce you two. I’m not exaggerating, your personalities and the way you talk are exactly the same...”

Shanks points at the little captain’s photo and chatters away to Olvia.

“...How can there be such an incredible coincidence in the world!”

Olvia listens as Shanks finishes with relish, her expression blank and her heart cold.

What a coincidence. He is me.

Why does Yarsanda get more time in the extra scene than Olvia?

Because Yarsanda gets little screen time in the main story :)
