His Irreverent Boyfriend

Blurb: As everyone knows, two thousand years ago, the Kingdom of Xin had a tyrant named Qi Ning.

Today, two thousand years later, a tomb was discovered. Based on the vessels and seals unearthed there, it was possible to determine that the tomb belonged to Qi Ning.

At first, not many viewers tuned in to watch the archaeological team's excavation livestream. Everyone was busy watching popular variety shows.

Then, suddenly, a short video went viral online.

It all started when a huge pile of bamboo slips was found in the main burial chamber. The archaeological experts were ecstatic, thinking they could use them to uncover the true history of two thousand years ago.

It was eventually confirmed that the bamboo slips contained letters from the brutal king Qi Ning to a young general surnamed Fang.

In the livestream, a seasoned archaeological expert faced questions from reporters and cleared his throat awkwardly, stammering, "Well... the bamboo slips... probably... perhaps... maybe. Of course, we can't be completely certain. What we're saying now is that the bamboo slips buried with the tomb's occupant appear to contain, um, what we've tentatively determined might be some, um, letters from Emperor Qi Ning to that young general. Some letters of that sort."

"What sort of letters?" the tactless reporter pressed again.

The young expert gave an awkward laugh for the camera and explained in a quiet voice, "Love letters that are a little explicit and not quite proper."

"…"

The internet exploded. Extra, extra! It turned out the tyrant had such a ** side in private.

(Mainly from the bottom's perspective, mutually exclusive, Emperor Qi Ning is the top, Fang Qi is the bottom.)

No real-life inspiration, entirely fictional. The blurb has already been screenshotted.
