Crossing the Line

Everyone knows that Su Jinghong is a total sister girl.

Her older sister is Song Qingzhou, the beautiful, gentle, easygoing girl next door who grew up with her.

No one knows that while Su Jinghong acts like the perfect little sister to her face, her mind is full of thoughts that cross the line.

They're close, intimate enough that sometimes Su Jinghong wonders if Song Qingzhou might like her too.

So she decides to test the waters.

Su Jinghong deliberately gets drunk, then works up the nerve to pull Song Qingzhou, who's looking after her, onto the bed and pretends to kiss her by accident.

Song Qingzhou doesn't resist. She lets Su Jinghong kiss her, then gets up and leaves as if nothing happened. The next day, she carries on as usual, as though it never happened.

Song Qingzhou doesn't know when she started having feelings for Su Jinghong that went beyond sisterly affection. But she's seven years older, and Su Jinghong has always relied on her. No matter how she expressed her feelings, it would seem as if she were deliberately leading her on.

Song Qingzhou is shocked. Song Qingzhou is flustered. Her heartbeat is so erratic that she begins to wonder whether she's misjudged things, whether Su Jinghong really is drunk.

Song Qingzhou decides to pretend she has amnesia.

Su Jinghong starts sulking.

She deliberately keeps her distance from Song Qingzhou and sees her less often. Even when they meet, she puts on a fake smile and brushes her off.

Will Song Qingzhou come looking for her?

It turns out she won't. She'll only play along and keep acting like they're a loving family.

Su Jinghong is angry. Su Jinghong feels wronged. Su Jinghong decides to take what she wants by force.

With a dark look on her face, she corners Song Qingzhou at the door and makes some threatening remarks, even though the hand braced against the doorframe is trembling.

She pretends to shove Song Qingzhou onto the bed, then gets flustered and doesn't dare to actually do anything. Just then, Song Qingzhou suddenly starts laughing.

She wraps her arms around Su Jinghong's waist and draws the obviously bashful girl closer.

"You're so cute."

The night stretches on.

They cross the line for good.
