A strange urban legend circulated through the city.
They said a subway train that ran outside operating hours would carry its passengers straight to hell.
Until then, Gu Yu had always thought it was just a legend. That changed when he boarded that train...
While everyone else was desperately trying to survive, Gu Yu discovered that he had a strange System.
On top of being a player struggling to survive, he'd also become the owner of a game instance called Haunted House Terror!
Every time he entered an instance, once he completed it, Gu Yu could bring the original ghosts or urban legends back to his own instance and make them part of it!
Gradually, a new urban legend began to circulate among the players.
They said a terrifying random instance would occasionally replace the one that was supposed to appear.
That instance was filled with countless ghosts and urban legends. And the being those ghosts called their boss was truly terrifying.
Even the renowned superplayer among the players, Smiling Swordsman, disappeared after announcing he was going to deal with the instance.
Smiling Swordsman Chen Buzui, who wouldn't leave the instance: Baby, don't listen to their nonsense. I'm definitely not here to deal with you.

Chen Buzui: Darling, hear me out. I really had no choice when I broke up with you back then. I was wrong.
Gu Yu: Get out of my instance, and roll while you're at it!

Both are each other's only one. No angst, and they never really broke up! Mild horror.
