Yu Yuhe first met Song Chi at a bus stop during the plum rains.
The boy stood alone in the rain, holding an umbrella. He was slender and slight, his expression calm and his features refined.
Amid the pattering rain, he glanced back in her direction.
Yu Yuhe looked away, but she could hear the rain tapping against his umbrella.
Song Chi stood beside her, tilting the umbrella toward her. "Take it."
Before she could answer, he pressed the handle into her hand. It still held the warmth of his palm.
She looked up dazedly, only to see Song Chi dash into the rain with his hood over his head.
The rain fell heavily that day, but it still set her heart alight.
-
Everyone thought Yu Yuhe and Song Chi were from different worlds. In their eyes, the two barely even interacted.
She never thought they would meet again years after graduation, much less imagined they would have much to do with each other.
At a class reunion after they met again, someone suddenly asked her, "Yuhe, it's been so many years. Have you dated anyone?"
Yu Yuhe paused, then smiled vaguely. "Not yet, I guess."
The next second, the private room door opened, and a tall man's silhouette appeared in the dim corridor outside.
The following day, Yu Yuhe was pinned against the door, held tightly in place, her shirt hem hiked up to her waist.
She was forced to arch her body, leaning entirely against the man.
Song Chi buried his face in the crook of her neck and asked in a low, husky voice, "Not yet? Then what am I, your lover?"

"Undercurrent". A playboy returns to the right path.
Fake playboy × good girl
Cheng Shu never imagined she'd one day fall in love with Chen Weishuo.
In the dim light, Chen Weishuo leaned against the wall, rubbing a fingertip against the small of her back. His voice was casual and magnetic. "Want to be with me?"
The shifting light and shadow dazzled her. She answered softly, "Okay."
But Cheng Shu never imagined she was just one of many women in Chen Weishuo's long history of romance.
And so her three-year secret crush came to an end.
Cheng Shu also knew that a man like Chen Weishuo would never learn to be faithful.
-
When they met again, Chen Weishuo was still the golden boy, admired by everyone.
And Cheng Shu was still meek and compliant, unchanged.
Everyone around them thought the two would never get back together. After all, the man in question was Chen Weishuo.
Then one day...
In the pattering rain, Chen Weishuo stood under an umbrella, a cigarette loosely between his lips. Smoke curled around him, blurring his features.
Cheng Shu didn't dare look for long, and didn't ask for anything.
She thought they would never cross paths again, and knew a man like him would never change for anyone.
Chen Weishuo held her against the wall, his voice hoarse as he repeated, "Yinyin, let's start over."
The light around them was almost exactly the same as it had been that night.
Cheng Shu turned away and said calmly, "No."
There's no point going through something again when you already know how it ends.
Later, Cheng Shu never expected that the figure she'd glimpsed whenever she looked back had always been Chen Weishuo.

Antique appraiser × Beijing power player
The first time she met Duan Yujing was on a stormy night at the foot of a mountain.
Shen Qingyu walked alone along the mountainside, clutching a broken umbrella handle and looking thoroughly wretched.
Dark clouds loomed overhead, and the branches swayed and howled as if beasts were lurking in the mountains.
Just as she was starting to panic, a black luxury car stopped in front of her. The window rolled down slowly, and the man's deep-set eyes studied her through the rain.
The rain poured down, but there was no discernible emotion in his voice.
Duan Yujing: "Your umbrella's broken. Get in my car."
-
The Duan family was a powerful clan with a century of history. Duan Yujing was handsome and high-ranking, and everyone in their circle respectfully called him Second Uncle.
While she was entangled with Duan Yujing, her friends warned her that young men from old-money families were never simple. But Shen Qingyu was still hopelessly infatuated with him.
Whenever people in their circle mentioned her, they always prefaced it with: Second Uncle Duan's kept canary, a spineless woman.
Shen Qingyu knew there was an insurmountable class divide between them, and that their feelings were only skin-deep.
She thought things would stay that way between her and Duan Yujing, until one day she overheard a conversation.
A friend brought up some recent events and asked curiously, "Second Uncle's getting engaged. What about the woman he keeps at home?"
The light and shadow were dim. The man's expression remained perfectly calm as he sneered, "A caged bird can't cause trouble. Keep her around."
Her heart shattered. Shen Qingyu came to her senses, broke things off with Duan Yujing, and escaped her cage.
-
Everyone in their circle thought the relationship would end just like that. But while people were chatting about Shen Qingyu's recent life, they saw that Duan Yujing, always so calm and composed, had lost control.
After an auction, everyone began to leave.
In the empty backstage area, Duan Yujing, usually so proud and dignified, bent over and clung to the woman in his arms almost feverishly. His voice was low and hoarse. "I was wrong before. Don't leave me..."
Shen Qingyu's expression was indifferent. "Mr. Duan, we're over."
The man's eyes were bloodshot as he lowered himself to plead. "Qingyu, could you turn around and look at me?"
She and Duan Yujing were like an unsolvable Mobius strip.
No matter where she ran, it would never end.

Theme: Pursue your dreams and have the courage to be yourself.
Yu Yuhe still hasn't spoken about her secret love and youth...
No more, I want to cry😭
"The kid's font is crooked..." This is a big bug for the author~ Is this kid really 11 years old?
It's sad to see the relationship between the heroine and her mother. I always feel that there is an unbreakable knot between me and my mother. There is always a sense of powerlessness in which both sides are making concessions for each other, seemingly for the sake of each other, but in fact they are going further and further away.
It's so beautiful, I really can't get enough of it
My sister's name is that of the heroine, right?
It's so good!!! It took me almost two days to read it!! I couldn't bear to sleep XD
"He" gave the author a big worm~
What actions can't be seen by my VIP members?!!
