The Demon Lord Won't Let Me Wear a Leather Skirt

Lin Li is a hugely popular online streamer. One day, she transmigrates into a book, landing in a melodramatic cultivation novel full of heartbreak.

As the heroine, she is the substitute for the Qing Shan Sect's junior sister, and no one gives her the fair love she deserves.

Her master wants her to hand over the life-bound magical treasure he once gave her;

her senior brother expects her to give way to the junior sister at every turn, because she took the sister's place;

even the male lead, her dao companion, who shares her feelings and is about to marry her, is caught meeting the junior sister at night.

And that's not all: there are trials and tribulations from A to G before she can finally achieve a happy ending with the male lead.

Lin Li thinks to herself: There's way too much plot. I really don't want to go through it. Let's fast-forward.

After stocking up on supplies for a month, she jumps off the Immortal Execution Platform, leaving behind the cries of grief and regret.

But can someone tell her:

Why is the poor little thing she rescued from beneath the Immortal Execution Platform the Demon Venerable?

Why is the Demon Venerable a moderator in her livestream?

Why won't the Demon Venerable let her wear tube tops and leather skirts?

(Lin Li wipes away a tear: Even the cultivation world is cracking down on this stuff.)
