[Stockpiling chapters, opening in May]
I entered a game called Rubik's Cube.
The game takes place in a cube-shaped building with three floors and twenty-six rooms.
A blindfolded four-corners game where you can't see your hand in front of your face, jump scares that make you scream the moment you turn around, and extreme puzzles that turn your brain into a buzzing mess.
There's no food or water, and you have to stay on edge every second. It's absolutely miserable.
"The game begins. Players will be randomly placed in any room."
"Find the clues to escape inside the room."
"The people in your room may be your teammates, or they may be your potential enemies."
"Fail to escape the cube within ten hours, and you're eliminated."
What kind of living hell is this...

"Players, please proceed to the central room for the auction and card draw."
"The cards up for auction this time are the 'Turn Card' and the 'Universal Key Card'..."
They're all respectable people, yet they're fighting tooth and nail over one lousy key card. Is it really worth it?
Can't you just draw this lousy card at random?
Draw a card, pick it up, turn it over.
At first, I was just bragging. Good grief, when I flipped the card, there it was in my hand: the golden, glittering Universal Key Card, exactly like my name.
Later, they described me as a woman who entered the scene with the lucky song "Good Luck Comes."
What the heck? What is this bizarre tone? Weren't we promised a serious death game?

Escape room / teamwork / mind games
Female ensemble cast / men are all cannon fodder and background characters
The main story is told in third person. The glittery, makeshift Northeastern dialect is just for fun.
