Her Highness Wants to Fly, So I Broke Her Wings

Qing Yu never imagined she would become a god.

But the first thing she did after becoming a god was lie flat.

The Heavenly Dao thought she was far too lazy, so it sent her to the mortal world to become emperor.

After ascending the throne as empress, the first thing she did was still lie flat.

After a long time spent doing absolutely nothing, Qing Yu met Jiang Bo, her bodyguard.

Jiang Bo: "What do you mean, lie flat? How can you lie flat? Why don't we get up and build a career instead?"

Qing Yu glanced at her. "Like what?"

Jiang Bo: "For example, as empress, why not think about how to make this country prosper?"

Qing Yu replied expressionlessly, "Did you know that in my previous life, I was a princess of the former dynasty?"

"..."

Jiang Bo: "Since you're a god, why not find a way to bless the people of this land?"

Qing Yu remained expressionless. "Did you know that all these 'people' are descendants of my enemies from back then?"

"..."

Jiang Bo was at her wit's end. "Then, as a person, why not try liking me? You have to find something to do, right?"

Qing Yu looked her up and down. "Did you know that your grandfather led the troops that slaughtered my city?"

Jiang Bo stiffened from head to toe. "Maybe you should just lie flat after all."

But then Qing Yu slowly lifted Jiang Bo's chin and murmured in her ear, "No way. Haven't you heard that grandchildren repay their ancestors' debts? I have to like you."

Qing Yu, the god: If I like her, I'll bully her to death. She'll definitely like me anyway.

Jiang Bo, the bodyguard: If I like her, I'll nag her to get to work every day. What's hers is mine anyway.
