The Spirit Warden Is on the Run [Touken Ranbu Crossover]

Also known as The Slacker Overseer Ran Away from the Workaholic Honmaru

Years later, Chunshi Taoli once again became a Saniwa.

Her new Honmaru was exceptional, boasting battle records other Honmaru could only dream of. But its strength had been built so it could welcome back its very first Saniwa.

Chunshi Taoli was merely an unexpected successor.

During her tenure, whenever she sat down to eat, Shokudaikiri would start clearing the dishes. Whenever she spoke onstage, Tsurumaru would crouch below and cause trouble. Whenever she picked a team in the training grounds, Ichigo Hitofuri would whisk away the strongest tantou... After being dragged out of bed in the middle of the night to check the results of their duties for who knew how many times, Chunshi Taoli finally figured out how to make her escape!

The world outside the Honmaru...

Playing hide-and-seek in the Infinity Castle,

Getting delicious treats from a younger schoolmate,

Having her childhood friend introduce her to new people,

Occasionally teasing a pink-haired high school boy with a split personality,

And a mysterious yet elegant family of beautiful, fascinating neighbors... A Saniwa? What's that? She had no idea.

The Tsukumogami were always afraid of missing their first Saniwa, and turned down one Saniwa after another, including Chunshi Taoli.

On the day Chunshi Taoli left, Konnosuke asked the Tsukumogami a question out of curiosity.

“You even turned down your first Saniwa. What kind of Saniwa do you actually want?”

Note: The young Saniwa grows up and becomes a Saniwa again.
