[The New Legendary Siblings III] A Heart Still Unable to Let Go

A short piece from Qiu Xinliu's perspective. All pairings are broken up, and everyone ends up alone, living peacefully apart.

What I was trying to say at the time was probably that nobody needs anyone else in order to keep living (?)

Much later.

The famous fox girl finally couldn't keep the flame-wreathed man by her side.

The wanderer from a foreign land finally left the Central Plains and returned to his isolated island, alone and melancholy.

As legends crumbled, they and those women went their separate ways when the music ended.

Reader advisory:

* This is not fanfiction of the original Juedai, but of the Juedai 3 game. I wasn't thinking clearly when I wrote it, so the characters are very out of character.

* This is very likely to upset you, so I recommend not reading it. If you do read it, please don't curse me out...

* Everyone survives, but the tone is tragic, and all pairings are broken up.

Theme: A few side stories where everyone ends up alone
