The Boss of the Larva Nursery

Li Xinrong, an experienced animal keeper, transmigrated into the world of the Zerg and became a teacher at a nursery for young Zerg. He discovered that the Zerg younglings here each had their own animal forms, ranging from small ones like folded-ear cats and hamsters to large ones like Congo lions and South China tigers. As soon as class began, the little ones would get hyperactive, turning the nursery into a zoo. A zoo? Now that was familiar territory! So, with Li Xinrong giving them massages and treats tailored to their tastes, the once noisy nursery became remarkably harmonious. The Zerg younglings stopped misbehaving, all in the hope of winning his favor. The Zerg home planet had a harsh environment, with cosmic radiation everywhere. It took a serious psychological toll on the young, making them aggressive and irritable, and even causing their genes to collapse. The parents' group chatted about childcare tips every day, until one day, a parent quietly left the group. A group member who knew him reached out and asked why. He stammered that his own youngling was gentle and adorable, and loved helping other Zerg. After being pressed again and again, the group member finally got a name from him: Li Xinrong. Later, the nursery became famous across the stars for its extraordinarily high rate of graduates getting into prestigious schools. Top institutions came from far and wide, eager to ask the principal about his special methods for teaching the young. The highly respected principal led a young man onto the stage and handed him the podium, leaving the Zerg in the audience stunned. Li Xinrong: I wouldn't call them special methods. Just a few little tricks. Rule one for animal keepers: first become the animals' top dog. Reader notes: 1. Lots of original worldbuilding. This is not a typical Zerg story. There are few males and many females. The young Zerg have animal forms before adulthood; when they grow up, they return to their Zerg and human forms. 2. The protagonist is adored by all Zerg and is a master of keeping everyone happy. Theme: A change in environment can be difficult to adjust to, but the first thing we should do is adapt, then gradually work to change that environment through our own efforts.
