A Rookie's Road to Winning at Love

Lu Zhifei attends an utterly ordinary university. His roommates are waiting to lie flat, while he is as busy as a headless fly, rushing between campus recruitment events.

He studied the most popular major, computer science, but he's a complete novice.

A good roommate asks if he wants to get a stable job. Lu Zhifei refuses. He can't afford to settle down. He has to earn money to pay off his debt.

A son repaying his father's debt is only right and proper, but he never imagined that a younger brother would have to repay his older brother's debt with his body.

His creditor is Jiang Nanchen, a model student with a spotless background who attends a top-tier university in the same city.

Jiang Nanchen never expected that, after studying and living by the book and growing into the model good boy straight out of a textbook, the one time he would be thrown into disarray and left in a sorry state would be because he met a con man named Lu Zhifei.

Meeting him gave Jiang Nanchen the courage to change everything.

The paths their lives had been following were so ordinary and dull. One small deviation changed the trajectories of two stars.

The Lu brothers' everyday ramblings:

"Lu Zhifei, why were you so grabby as a kid? Why did you have to touch that fountain pen?"

"Your handwriting is so ugly. I can't understand why that pen was given to you."

"Was it because you couldn't stand that?"

"...No, it was because I liked it."

"You liked it so much you didn't regret getting hurt?"

"...I'd regret it if I didn't try."
