I thought I would follow the plot alongside my second older brother, Sasuke. But when I opened my eyes, I found myself face-to-face with the sinister Danzo.

- It's uncertain whether Itachi will die in the end, since the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan setting is hard to change.

- The timeline might not be accurate, since even the manga's author isn't clear about it.

- The protagonist's way of thinking might not be good. He's a lunatic.

- No pairing, though there may be unrequited feelings.
