The Yokohama orphanage is holding classes, with gender-swapped Shibusawa raising kids online.
Q: What do you do when a child can't control their ability? (Atsushi: ...?)
Shibusawa: Don't panic. Send Akutagawa. If that doesn't work, send some fog.
Q: What do you do when a child doesn't know they have an ability? (Mori Ogai: Alice is my little sister!)
Shibusawa: Don't panic. Send Fukuzawa. If that doesn't work, send some fog.
Q: What do you do when a child can't control their ability and is obsessed with making friends with abilities? (Fyodor: ...)
Shibusawa: Don't panic. Send Dazai. If that doesn't work, send some fog.
When this entire orphanage, building and all, transmigrates to Yokohama, the city descends into chaos yet again.
Everyone: Yikes, why do these kids look so familiar?
