The True Believer Wants to Resign Every Day

[Main pairing: Jingguang. A blunt but insincere original male lead x a sweet-talking, double-dealing Jingguang as the recipient. A real member of the organization pretending to be a mole, and a fake mole pretending to be real. They keep acting against each other.] [Blurb in first person, main text in third person] [Very OOC! Written by the author's cat~ Blurb below] My name is PORT (Port wine), and I'm a transmigrator. At my first orientation meeting after being made a full member, I spotted a familiar-looking leader on the podium. His name was Gin. What the heck, Gin?! Is this the world of Detective Conan?! So that codename really means he's a member of the organization?! No! I want to quit! I want to quit, damn it!!! [Sobbing in anguish] Gin: "Quitting is a roundabout way of asking for a raise. I get it. I'll give you six types of insurance, two housing funds, and a thirteenth-month salary." Ooh, tempting. Scotland is very wary. His "friend" in the organization is always staring at him and spouting all sorts of inexplicable nonsense, yet sometimes he's so perceptive it's terrifying. To avoid being exposed, he spent ages acting nervous and telling all kinds of sweet, deceitful lies. Then the other man single-handedly cleared the organization's name and became the final boss. At last, the truth he'd kept hidden for so long slipped out. "Port, you really are a piece of work..." Before you read: 1. I've given up on updating on a fixed schedule, sob. Daily updates are the last thing I'm holding on to. 2. This story is also known as "A Real Member of the Organization Who Doesn't Want to Get Screwed Over Decides to Water Down His Own Liquor" and "The Real Deal Wants to Be a Mole for the Good Guys." 5. My own brand of OOC, with a mountain of headcanons. Sorry if anything offends you, everyone. [Very apologetic] Theme: Working together to build a just society and create a fair, harmonious home.
