Evil ghost gong x foolish son of a landlord shou
The landlord is nearly forty, and his beautiful concubine has finally been made his legal wife.
The first thing the newly promoted wife does is send her beloved son to school and banish the foolish son of the former wife to a side courtyard.
A highly capable Taoist priest passes through and offers his services for a fee. The concubine's eyes dart as she comes up with a plan.
The landlord's son really is foolish. He's fair and soft-looking, but his mind is less developed than a toddler's.
Back in the main courtyard, he understood nothing and was bullied by the servants.
In the little courtyard, he isn't fed enough or given decent clothes. Even when hunger leaves his belly hollow, he doesn't know to go cry to his landlord father.
One day, as the little fool sleeps soundly, he suddenly feels a chill at his neck. He wakes and stares at the strange male ghost in front of him. After a long moment, he murmurs dreamily, "You're so handsome."

They say that ghosts who committed evil in life must descend to the Eighteenth Layer of Hell.
But xx turned the place upside down, and nobody could do a thing about it.
He carved out a domain in the underworld and earned himself the title of Ghost King.
He never expected anyone in the human world to dare summon him.
He was bored after spending thousands of years in the underworld, anyway. xx grinned and decided to go take a look.

2. This blurb is an early draft and may be revised, but the central premise won't change.
3. I haven't settled on the main character's name, so it's xx for now.
