- Explaining the title
"Ever" can mean both "forever" and "once," so it has two meanings.
"Miracle" means a miracle.
A gentle, understated story.
Told from Fuji's perspective, this is a story set in a hospital. A birthday tribute to Fuji.
"It's a promise, okay? We'll celebrate our birthdays together, Fuji." Misu tilted her head back and looked up at the deep blue sky, narrowing her eyes slightly.
Thank you for the courage you once gave me. In my most desperate moments, you helped me piece together the photos, and with them, my dreams.
"We promised, so I'll wait for you to come back and celebrate my birthday with me, Susu."
Fuji turned his gaze away from the sky and looked at the book in his hands. A page near the middle had a faint crease. It had been published in June 2008, a full year before the edition he had bought.
Hey, do you still remember those words?
The most important things cannot be seen with your eyes.
