Huan Ruyi is a conscientious NPC in a horror infinite-flow game. He's honest (cunning as a fox) and kind (terrifying), leaving a devastating psychological shadow in the hearts of countless NPCs. One day, the game moves with the times and adds a livestream feature. The players are both excited and scared, eager to see the legendary Demon King, who kills humans on sight and terrifies even ghosts. But before the Demon King appears, they encounter a gorgeous powerhouse.
Some heckler: Isn't this just a pretty face? What good does being handsome do? He'll still die horribly.
Then, during a livestream, this beauty picked up a toilet and smashed an NPC's head in. Holy crap, so bloody, so terrifying! My wife is so beautiful, so hot, I love her!

He, Huan Ruyi, is an NPC. During one instance, a player team mistook him for a player, and even thought he was a down-and-out cannon-fodder character!!! For an NPC, this is an absolute disgrace! Not that you can blame them: Huan Ruyi looks completely different from those ghostly NPCs. But being treated as cannon fodder is just too humiliating! The nerve! The absolute nerve! So Huan Ruyi showed them what he could do: deep-fry ghosts, crack open ghost skulls, and blast ghost nests! So, are you impressed yet?

[The top appears after a few instances. They first meet on opposing sides, and from the start they each make trouble for the other and can't stand each other.]
[The bottom has a cool, aloof style, with just the occasional touch of goofiness. Basically, he's a little goofy beneath his cool exterior. He's a bit expressionless, and others see him as a mysterious, terrifying powerhouse, but he actually thinks ghosts are scary. (A contrast.)]
[The bottom is serious when the situation calls for it. Though he's an NPC, he doesn't know what happens in other instances. There's an amnesia plot, and later he won't be afraid of ghosts anymore.
