A note before you begin:
The premise hasn't changed! I just moved the setting from modern Western fantasy to the interstellar era and added a true-and-fake prince element. The love interest is still a wolf!
In the interstellar age, people whose mental strength is unstable can only find relief through the "Children of Civilization."
These Children can draw energy from civilizations of the past and spread it through works of art and entertainment. They are "treasures" adored by millions.
Su Rui has black hair and black eyes. He is a "Child of Huaxia," but his works have no effect whatsoever. People suspect he's a fake young master who took the place of the real one, and everyone turns against him. He's sent to the frontier star systems to await his death.
Things take a strange turn after Su Rui picks up a wounded, enormous dog.
A short video he casually posts becomes the key to the Skywolf Clan driving back an invasion of their territory;
An ad he films somehow becomes a rallying cry that reunites countless lone wolves stranded far from home;
A horror film he appears in turns into a beloved romance that heals countless demons and Asuras;
Even the song he produces can turn vicious sirens into tearful merfolk...
Star systems are in an uproar over him, and influential figures from every species are desperately searching for him.
Later, the real young master invites Su Rui back to take part in a dating reality show, intending to make him look bad at every turn. But to his surprise, powerful figures of all kinds sneak onto the show under assumed names and announce their new identities.
The Siren King: Call me the Merfolk King. My tears are pearls (cannonballs), thank you.
The Demon Lord: Call me an Asura. My homeland is Huaxia, too.
The Winged One: Call me a birdman again and I'll get angry! I'm a Winged One!
The Skywolf Clan's leader, eyes filled with jealousy, pins Su Rui against the wall and tugs down his collar to reveal a collar. "You gave it to me. Have you forgotten?"
The monster species of the frontier star systems are powerful, but they often break down. After all, they have no civilization of their own.
Until one day, the true Child of Huaxia appears. He heals the monsters with his mental strength and helps them discover their true identities. It turns out Huaxia is their home after all.
