Here's a recommendation for my new novel, His Majesty and the Great General Are Completely Innocent. It has a setting loosely based on the Northern and Southern Dynasties, and it's a sweet little romance too, haha.
Synopsis:
It's a sweet romance, with a silly top and a cool, distant bottom.
Yin Xingshi discovered that he was a vicious side character destined for a tragic end.
He was a little octopus who had infiltrated a human sect and relentlessly bullied the protagonist, a genius beyond compare.
When the protagonist was framed, he fanned the flames. When the protagonist did good deeds, he stole the credit.
In short, he never did anything good.
In the end, his cultivation was destroyed, and he turned back into his original form. A child passing by took him home and put him in a jar of salt, where he slowly dried out and died.
By then, he had already completed the whole package of falsely accusing and framing the protagonist. Faced with a situation that could not be salvaged, Yin Xingshi reflected on things, then decided to throw caution to the wind.
Step one of the plan: take Jiang Yunhan out of the sect. With no acquaintances around, Jiang Yunhan would have no choice but to let him do as he pleased.
Ha, ha, ha, ha.
He had considered the possibility that his plan might fail, but he never expected such a simple matter to be spread around as eloping for love.
When they returned to the sect, everyone thought he was hopelessly in love with Jiang Yunhan and had resorted to this desperate measure. They all sighed that he had terrible taste and had given his heart to the wrong person.
Yin Xingshi's standards in a partner had suffered an unprecedented insult.
The biggest news at Feiming Sect lately was that Yin Xingshi, the sect leader's foremost disciple, had eloped with an outer sect disciple.
Fortunately, the sect leader stepped in and brought them back.
Afterward, the entire sect took turns trying to talk some sense into Yin Xingshi, but he still seemed no happier.
Everyone was very worried about Yin Xingshi's mental state.
At last, one day, Yin Xingshi and Jiang Yunhan returned from a secret realm together.
There was a strange atmosphere between them, and fellow disciples passing by quietly pricked up their ears.
Yin Xingshi spoke in a distant, wavering voice. “Hypothetically, I mean just hypothetically, if we had a hundred thousand children, Yunhan, would you treat them well?”
Jiang Yunhan replied coldly, “You wish!”
The fellow disciples seemed to understand.
Before long, the entire sect knew the explosive news: Yin Xingshi's unrequited love had finally borne fruit, and Jiang Yunhan was willing to bear ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine children for him!
Meanwhile, Yin Xingshi... Yin Xingshi was busy trying to save money. Jiang Yunhan hated him so much that Yin Xingshi would have to figure out how to raise all one hundred thousand little ones on his own.
His grand scheme to torment the protagonist had not yet succeeded, but he was already saddled with the burden of making a living. Sob.
Finally, the day came for the hundred thousand little ones to be born. Yin Xingshi waited outside the door, his feelings a jumble. The moment he heard a baby cry, he rushed into the delivery room, then froze.
There was only one baby.
Jiang Yunhan's voice was calm. “Nine.”
Holding the baby, Yin Xingshi looked back at Jiang Yunhan in surprise.
Jiang Yunhan said, “You still owe me ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine.”
Top octopuses of this species give birth to a hundred thousand babies at a time, so he thought the bottom would give birth to that many too. Please forgive a young, ignorant little octopus.
The bottom is just teasing the top with something he said before. Please trust me: planned parenthood, happy lives.
My next novel will be His Majesty and the Great General Are Completely Innocent. Here's the synopsis:
Synopsis
Cui Yanzhao transmigrated into the body of an emperor who had no real power and was disregarded by the officials at court.
The regime was tottering, confined to a corner of the land.
The ministers schemed against one another, each with their own hidden agenda.
And the Great General held power in his hands and had a reputation that overshadowed the emperor's.
But none of that had anything to do with him, a transmigrator who just wanted to be a couch potato.
The more he slacked off, the happier he was.
His happy life went on day after day.
It was just that people often earnestly urged him to give up his delusions about the Great General and stop trying to lure the Great General into his bed.
Cui Yanzhao wasn't particularly bothered by this groundless misunderstanding.
He and the Great General were completely innocent!
One day, he heard that the Great General, who had led an army north, had decisively defeated the Northern Di, reclaimed the old capital, and made his might known throughout the land.
The time for him to abdicate and yield the throne to a worthy successor had probably come.
Cui Yanzhao rehearsed the ceremony of granting the Great General the Nine Bestowments well in advance. Following the unspoken rule of “declining three times and yielding three times,” he wrote out three abdication edicts by hand, ready to present them to the Great General in order.
At last, the Great General returned to court.
After the court session, the Great General asked him to take a stroll around the palace together.
Cui Yanzhao felt the abdication edict tucked into his sleeve and agreed without hesitation, feeling very confident.
As they reached the depths of the palace, the Great General suddenly leaned in close.
Cui Yanzhao hurriedly pulled out the abdication edict. He was about to declare that he had absolutely no attachment to the throne when the Great General took both his hands.
With an affectionate air and a hint of reproach, the Great General said, “A-Zhao, when will our child finally be given a proper status?”
Cui Yanzhao: ? I was just politely helping look after a child. How did the child become his too?
Thanks for adding it to your collection, haha.
Theme: Eco-friendly living
Congratulations on the completion. As for the extra story, it seems that the trap of being born a demon has not been filled yet, and I don't know what happened to those in prison. Now that I have children, I don't know if the story about Xiao Yin and Xiao Jiang has been updated.
I want to see a side story with a little cub, a little octopus taking care of the baby
Hahahaha realism type book
No matter which world he is in, the little octopus will always say things that make people imagine [laughing and crying]
Happy Double Day [Lop-eared Rabbit Head]
So it is true that I killed him before I accepted it. Logically speaking, this is a standard feature of crematoriums in the main article. But when I think about it, I didn't say anything but accepted it instead, right? OK, that's something I can't accept [covering my face and laughing] I believe in retaliation, repaying evil with kindness, how can I repay kindness with kindness?
It looks uncomfortable, but I feel that there is no emotional connection between the attacker and the receiver. He didn't express his love to Shou, and it seemed that being together was just a last resort.
Ending with flowers (?????)??????
I originally gave up all hope for the extra story, but I didn't expect that Masaka
When Xiao Yin asked Xiao Jiang who he liked, his words sounded like a threat regardless of his tone. And when it comes to realism, the word magic comes to mind for no reason.
