[Under the Skin] Love Profile of a Master Artist

A fanfic of the TV series Under the Skin.

[Synopsis]

After a long-planned terrorist bombing at a high-rise, the counterterrorism office fails to identify the culprit and brings Shen Yi in to help. The blurry silhouette of the criminal on the security footage and the brief glimpse caught by a surviving janitor provide precious little information, leaving Shen Yi in a difficult position...

Then a strange package appears at his doorstep, and Shen Yi is drawn into the case for good.

Du Cheng is frantic with worry. He stops Shen Yi and says, "Lei is gone. You're the most important person in my life. I can't just stand by and let you put yourself in danger."

Shen Yi holds up his police badge and declares righteously, "First of all, I'm a police officer."

Du Cheng snatches the badge away. "Mr. Shen, how about we get another kind of certificate too... As your family member, I'd have the right to go with you."

Shen Yi: "..."
