A pure-blooded elf, Eno Vis has only been off the World Tree for a few hundred years. His bloodline and face are about the only things proving he's an elf.
In his own words, he's an "odd one out," the kind that appears among elves only once every few hundred years.
So, branded a rebel by the Grand Elder, he ran away and opened the Difference Affairs Office, a place his friends love to visit. Their everyday life goes something like this:
Eno Vis: I can have another drink! What, a fight?! Where's the fight?! Need a hand?
The refined, abstinent incubus: Yes, I'm an incubus. Restore your life force? Thanks, no. What? Replenish your magic? You'll probably enjoy the lifetime package from the Inspectorate.
The chubby mermaid who's afraid of water: What do you mean, you're a mermaid? Have you no manners?! Are you calling mermaids fat?! Take that, with my tail!
The vampire who faints at the sight of blood and is allergic to humans: Hey, Inspectorate?! Help! Someone wants me to give him the First Embrace! He's trying to frame me!! And could you call me an ambulance? I'm having an allergic reaction…
Everyone else: …?
The fulfilling, happy days always pass quickly. Eno Vis thought he could keep being a "rebel" for a few thousand more years, until a message left him completely dumbfounded:
"Eno! Come home at once. Your dad's been stolen!!"
